Further to the bulletin dated Dec. 11, 2019, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an amendment to the warrants issued pursuant to the private placement of 25,809,500 shares and 25,809,500 share purchase warrants.

Warrants:  4,328,268 warrants with an expiry date of March 28, 2021; 4,506,146 warrants with an expiry date of May 9, 2021; 11,176,141 warrants with an expiry date of Nov. 27, 2021

Current warrant exercise price:  10 cents per share until expiry

Amendment:  Each warrant will entitle the holder to an additional 0.1 of a share if the warrants are exercised on or before June 26, 2020. If the warrants are not exercised on or before June 26, 2020, the warrants will continue to be exercisable under the current warrant exercise terms.
