              NORAM ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia   July 10, 2020   Noram Ventures Inc. ("Noram") (TSX - Venture: NRM /
Frankfurt: N7R / OTCPINK: NRVTF) is pleased to announce that it intends to proceed with a private
placement to raise up to $270,000 by selling up to a maximum of 3,600,000 units at a price of $0.075 per
unit. Each unit sold will contain one (1) common share and one (1) transferrable share purchase warrant.
Each warrant will be exercisable at a price of $0.10 for a period of five (5) years from the date of issuance.

Closing of the offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all necessary corporate and
regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection
with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuamce,
in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
