NEWRANGE GOLD AMENDS STOCK OPTION GRANT

Newrange Gold Corp. has noted that there was an error in the company's press release dated Feb. 24, 2020, whereby the company announced the grant of 1,508,500 share purchase options priced at 14 cents per share. The company confirms that a total of 1,133,500 options were granted to directors, officers and consultants, and that all previously reported terms remain the same.
