NTG CLARITY RECEIVES MULTIPLE POS FOR APPROXIMATELY $2 MILLION CAD

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. has received multiple purchase orders in the Gulf region for professional services for approximately $2-million. The work on these projects starts immediately with durations of six to 12 months.

In an unrelated matter, the company announced that 100,000 share options will be issued for each member of the board of directors for the company: Ashraf Zaghloul, M. Adel Zaghloul, Kristine Lewis and Nick Hamilton-Piercy. An additional 50,000 options will be issued to each of the managing directors: Mr. Zaghloul, Mr. Zaghloul and Ms. Lewis. Each option will be exercisable at a price of 10 cents per share and replaces expired options.
