Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. has consolidated the outstanding units of Horizons U.S. Marijuana Index ETF on the basis of one postconsolidation unit for every four preconsolidation unit as stated in a news release dated March 18, 2020.

The units of Horizons U.S. Marijuana will commence trading on a postconsolidated basis on the effective date of consolidation, March 23, 2020, at the start of trading.

All long orders will be cancelled at 4 p.m. ET on Friday, March 20, 2020. Dealers are reminded to resubmit their orders.
