NICOLA MINING ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Nicola Mining Inc. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for an amendment to the terms of the 4,666,665 warrants issued in connection with the company's private placement that closed on July 23, 2018. The company proposes to extend the expiry date of the warrants from July 23, 2020, to July 23, 2022. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same. The extension of the expiry date is subject to the approval of the exchange.
