The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 148,014 common shares at a deemed price of 15 cents to settle outstanding debts for $22,202 as announced Feb. 4, 2020.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
