SAMA RESOURCES GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Sama Resources Inc., pursuant to its stock option plan and subject to regulatory acceptance, has granted an aggregate total of 2.08 million incentive stock options to certain officers, employees and consultants of the company, subject to certain vesting provisions. These options will be exercisable at a price of 19 cents per common share and will expire on Dec. 18, 2029.
