JUGGERNAUT GRANTS OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS, OFFICERS

After receiving shareholder approval at Juggernaut Exploration Ltd.'s annual meeting, held Dec. 20, 2019, and subject to all regulatory approvals, Juggernaut Exploration has granted one million incentive stock options to certain officers and directors of the company. All options issued pursuant to this grant shall vest immediately, have a term of five years and be exercisable at 22 cents.
