The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that DynaCERT Inc. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on July 7, 2020. According to the TSX, there will be 357,687,426 common shares issued and outstanding, and 76,907,106 shares reserved for issuance. There will be 6,152,500 common share purchase warrants issued and outstanding, and no warrants reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol DYA and Cusip No. 26780A 10 8, and the warrants will trade under the symbol DYA.WT and Cusip No. 26780A 11 6.
The TSX reports that the company manufactures and distributes carbon
emission reduction technology for use with internal
combustion engines. As part of the growing global
hydrogen economy, the company's patented technology creates
hydrogen and oxygen on demand through a unique
electrolysis system and supplies these gases through the
air intake to enhance combustion, resulting in lower carbon
emissions and greater fuel efficiency. The company does not expect to pay dividends on its shares in the foreseeable future.
According to the TSX, the company's shares have been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since April 6, 2004, under the symbol DYA. The shares will be delisted from the TSX-V at the start of trading on the TSX. The company's transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.
The TSX reports that the company's warrants are exercisable at $1 per share until they expire on June 18, 2020. On June 18, 2020, the company completed a public offering of 12,305,000 units from treasury, at a
price of 68 cents per unit, pursuant to a prospectus dated June 15,
2020. Each unit consisted of one share and one-half warrant. The units separated
immediately upon closing of the offering.
