BIRD CONSTRUCTION INC. ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE AND CONFERENCE CALL FOR 2020 SECOND QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

Bird Construction Inc. will release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, after market close on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020, and will host a conference call to discuss the results on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.

Analysts and institutional investors are invited to access the conference call by dialling 1-855-328-1925 at least 10 minutes prior to the start.
