AURORA CANNABIS CONFIRMS SHARE CONSOLIDATION EFFECTIVE DATE

Aurora Cannabis Inc. has received all necessary approvals for its previously announced consolidation of the common shares of the company on a one-for-12 basis and confirms that the consolidation will be effective on May 11, 2020.

Aurora's common shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange at the opening of trading on the effective date under the symbol ACB on a postconsolidation basis.
