ALTAI ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At Altai Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting of the shareholders held on Aug. 28, 2020, in Toronto, Dr. Niyazi Kacira, Dr. Mehmet F. Taner, Jeffrey S. Ackert, Raymond Savoie and Ms. Maria Au were elected as directors of the company.

In the meeting, MS Partners LLP, chartered professional accountants, was appointed as auditor of the company.
