BMO ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR CERTAIN BMO ETFS AND ETF SERIES OF BMO MUTUAL FUNDS FOR NOVEMBER 2023

Bank of Montreal's BMO Global Asset Management Inc., as manager of the BMO exchange-traded funds, and BMO Investments Inc., as manager of the BMO mutual funds, have declared the November, 2023, cash distributions for unitholders of BMO ETFs and unitholders of ETF series units of the BMO mutual funds that distribute monthly, as set out in an attached table. Unitholders of record of the BMO ETFs and the ETF series at the close of business on Nov. 29, 2023, will receive cash distributions on Dec. 4, 2023.

Unitholders of record of BMO USD Cash Management ETF and the ETF series of BMO Money Market Fund at the close of business on Nov. 28, 2023, will receive cash distributions on Dec. 4, 2023.

The ex dividend date and the record date for BMO USD Cash Management and BMO Money Market are both Nov. 28, 2023.

Details of the per-unit cash distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
