Mr. Gerald Panneton reports

GOLD TERRA TO HOST COMMUNITY TOWN HALL MEETING IN YELLOWKNIFE ON OCTOBER 21, 2026

Gold Terra Resource Corp. will host a town hall meeting in Yellowknife, NWT, to provide the local community, investors and other stakeholders with an update on its continuing drilling programs, project advancement and future plans for the historic Con mine.

The town hall will be held on Oct. 21, 2026, at 7 p.m., at the Yellowknife Ski Club Chalet in Yellowknife. The ski chalet is located off the old Highway 4, across from the solid waste facility (extension of 48 St. from downtown). Chairman and chief executive officer Gerald Panneton will provide the update and refreshments will be served.

Update on Gold Terra activities in Yellowknife

At the town hall, the company will provide updates on its past, present and future activities on its properties, including the Con mine option property.

Zone 103 North -- drilling

The company is conducting drilling to expand its understanding of the Zone 103 North mineralization. Further details are available in the company's Sept. 17, 2026, news release.

Historical Con mine tailings storage facility (TSF)

The company is investigating the historical tailings storage facility using sonic drilling.

Yellorex -- near-surface drilling and metallurgical testwork

The company is advancing near-surface drilling and metallurgical testwork at the Yellorex deposit to further evaluate the mineralization and its potential contribution to the Con mine option project's development strategy. Additional information is available in the company's Sept. 17, 2026, news release.

Upcoming project milestones

Gold Terra anticipates completing an updated mineral resource estimate (MRE) by year-end 2026, incorporating the results of its winter drilling program. The company also anticipates completing a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) by the first quarter of 2027.

The town hall meeting will provide an opportunity for residents, investors and stakeholders to learn more about the company's exploration activities, upcoming technical milestones and its strategy for evaluating the potential redevelopment of the historic Con mine.

About Gold Terra Resource Corp.

The Yellowknife project (YP) encompasses 836 square kilometres of contiguous land immediately north, south and east of the city of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. Through a series of acquisitions, Gold Terra controls one of the six major high-grade historical gold camps in Canada. Being within 10 kilometres of the city of Yellowknife, the YP is close to vital infrastructure, including all-season roads, air transportation, service providers, hydroelectric power and skilled tradespeople. Gold Terra is currently focusing its drilling on the Campbell shear, where approximately 14 million ounces (oz) of gold has been produced in the past (see 2026 43-101 technical report) and most recently on the CMO property claims immediately south of the past-producing Con mine, which produced 6.1 million oz between the Con, Rycon and Campbell shear structures (1938 to 2003).

The YCG and CMO properties lie on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometres of strike length along the main mineralized shear system that hosts the former-producing high-grade Con and Giant gold mines. The company's exploration programs have identified zones of gold mineralization and multiple potential targets that remain to be tested, which reinforces the company's objective of seeking to re-establish Yellowknife as one of the premier gold mining districts in Canada.

We seek Safe Harbor.
