EDGEWATER WIRELESS ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS AND APPOINTS BOARD CHAIR

At Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 10, 2025, in Kanata, Ont., all resolutions put to the shareholders were passed. At the AGM, shareholders approved setting the number of directors at four and elected Brian Imrie, James Skippen, Ralph Garcea and Andrew Skafel to serve as directors until the next annual general meeting. In addition, shareholders approved the appointment of Zeifmans LLP as the company's auditor and approved the 2025 equity incentive plan.

After the AGM, the board appointed Mr. Imrie to act as chair until the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
