EDGEWATER WIRELESS ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

The TSX Venture Exchange has reinstated trading in Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc.'s common shares. Trading will resume effective at the opening on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023.

The corporation filed the following documents on Sept. 8, 2023, which are available for review under the company's SEDAR+ profile.

Audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2022, and the corresponding management discussion and analysis, and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certifications

Andrew Skafel, chief executive officer of Edgewater, commented: "We appreciate the additional prudence taken by our auditor with respect to a more thorough review and valuation of our 2022 convertible debenture.
