Purpose Investments Inc. has declared distributions for the month of April, 2024, for its open-end exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds.

The ex distribution date for all ETFs is April 25, 2024, with the exceptions of Purpose Bitcoin Yield ETF and Purpose Ether Yield ETF, which will have an ex distribution date of April 26, 2024, as well as Purpose High Interest Savings Fund, Purpose U.S. Cash Fund, Purpose Cash Management Fund and Purpose USD Cash Management Fund, which have an ex distribution date of April 29, 2024. The ex distribution date for all closed-end funds is April 29, 2024.

The April, 2024, distribution rates for Purpose USD Cash Management, Purpose Cash Management, Purpose High Interest Savings and Purpose U.S. Cash are estimated in an attached table.

Purpose expects to issue a press release on or about April 26, 2024, which will provide the final distribution rates for Purpose USD Cash Management, Purpose Cash Management, Purpose High Interest Savings and Purpose U.S. Cash. The ex distribution date will be April 29, 2024.
