Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of X-Terra Resources Inc. on Aug. 31, 2022, X-Terra has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-seven-old basis. The name of X-Terra has not been changed.

Effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2023, the shares of X-Terra will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. X-Terra is classified as an all other metal ore mining company (NAICS No. 212299).
