The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Xtract One Technologies Inc. will list additional shares at the open on April 24, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued in a prospectus offering of 14,057,500 units at 51 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one share at 64 cents per share for 36 months after the closing of the offering.
