XTRA-GOLD REPORTS Q2 2025 FINANCIALS AND CEO UPDATE

Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. has provided the following summary of the unaudited financials ended June 30, 2025:

• Total assets of $16,274,683 (U.S.) composed mainly of cash, liquid securities and gold inventory;
• Zero debt;
• Total income for the quarter of $1,744,796 (U.S.); and
• Net income (after tax) of $577,338 (U.S.).
