XTRA-GOLD REPORTS Q3 2023 FINANCIALS AND CEO UPDATE

Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. has provided the following summary of the Q3 2023 financials ended Sept. 30, 2023:

• Total Assets increased from US$11,847,566 (Sept. 30, 2022) to US$13,913,546 (Sept. 30, 2023), comprised mainly of cash, liquid securities, and gold inventory ("liquid assets");
• Zero Debt;
• Pre-Tax Income for the quarter increased from US$194,660 to US$1,049,668.

James Longshore, CEO/Co-Founder states: "Our Company had another very successful quarter, covering all our operating costs and "banking extra cash" in our treasury. We continue our aggressive drilling program at our Kibi Gold Project, with our three diamond drill rigs operating. Our "Community Mining Project" has continued to finance the majority of our operating costs, with no major financing over the last 13 years since our initial public offering ("IPO"). Our shareholders have "suffered" no dilution to their equity since our IPO, which is truly unique for a gold explorer."
