XIMEN MINING FILES FOR CLOSING OF FINANCING
Ximen Mining Corp. has filed closing documents with the TSX Venture Exchange for the private placement previously announced on Sept. 18, 2026. The private placement was oversubscribed and consisted of 4,393,000 units of the company at a price of eight cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $351,440. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase, for a period of 18 months from the date of issue, one additional common share of the issuer at an exercise price of 10 cents per share.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used by the company for exploration expenses on the company's British Columbia mineral properties and general working capital. The closing of the private placement financing is subject to final TSX-V approval. No finders' fees were paid on this placement.

Ximen's two gold projects are the Amelia gold mine and the Brett epithermal gold project. Ximen also owns the Treasure Mountain silver project adjacent to the past-producing Huldra silver mine.
