TMX GROUP HOLIDAY OPERATING SCHEDULE

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), the TSX Alpha Exchange and Montreal Exchange (MX) will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025, Friday, Dec. 26, 2025, and Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, respectively.
