TMX GROUP LIMITED DECLARES DIVIDEND OF $0.18 PER COMMON SHARE

The board of directors of TMX Group Ltd. today declared a dividend of 18 cents on each common share outstanding. This dividend is payable on March 8, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 23, 2024.

TMX Group hereby advises that this dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
