The nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders have been elected as directors of TMX Group Ltd. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the virtual annual and special meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, are set out in the attached table.
