Western Star Engages Outside The Box Capital

Vancouver, British Columbia - November 2, 2026 - Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) (FRA: 4K2) (the "Company" or "Western Star") announces that it has engaged Outside The Box Capital Inc. ("OTB") of Oakville, Ontario to provide digital communications services under a marketing services agreement effective October 28, 2026 (the "Agreement").

Under the Agreement, OTB will distribute Company content, including video, and conduct investor communications on social media. The Agreement has a term of four months commencing November 2, 2026 and ending March 2, 2027. Promotional activity under the Agreement will begin on or after the date of this news release.

For its services, the Company has agreed to pay OTB a total fee of $100,000, plus applicable taxes, payable in a single cash payment, which fee is payable upfront on receipt of acceptance to the Agreement by the Canadian Securities Exchange.

OTB and the Company are not related parties and operate at arm's length. Neither OTB nor its principals have any interest in the Company's securities, directly or indirectly, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
