Western Star Engages Baystreet.ca Media Corp.

March 23, 2026 - Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) (the "Company" or "Western Star") announces that the Company has entered into an Investor Awareness Agreement with Baystreet.ca Media Corp. ("Baystreet") dated March 18th, 2026 (the "Agreement") whereby the services to be provided by Baystreet will include branding services, communications, advisory and general consulting services.

The consulting services to be provided by Baystreet shall include, but are not limited to, SEO, digital media campaigns for branding, Media Consulting, General Business Development, Multimedia services and Project Management. Baystreet will also write and distribute weekly ticker tag articles highlighting the company in sector based analysis, as well as news based tags when the company has a new event as outlined in the Agreement for a fee of $30,000 USD for a term of 1 month upon acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Agreement may be renewed by the Company and Baystreet at the end of the initial term.

Baystreet and the Company are not related parties and operate at arm's length. Neither Baystreet nor its principals have any interest in the Company's securities, directly or indirectly, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
