WEALTH GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Pursuant to the company's 2004 incentive stock option plan, Wealth Minerals Ltd. has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company to purchase up to 7,785,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable on or before Jan. 19, 2026, at a price of 24 cents per share.
