The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd. will list additional shares at the open on Oct. 31, 2025. As stated in the prospectus dated Oct. 16, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 2, 2024, Wallbridge is issuing 45 million units at 11 cents per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, and 65 million flow-through (FT) units at 15 cents, with each FT unit consisting of one common share and one warrant.

According to the TSX, each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at 15 cents per share for 36 months following the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
