WEST HIGH YIELD (W.H.Y.) RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd.'s board of directors has approved and authorized the grant and issuance of a total of 385,000 stock options, effective Oct. 6, 2025.

The options were issued to 10 separate consultants of the company. One option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the company. All of the options vest on their date of grant and have a term of 10 years from their date of grant. The exercise price of the options was set at 40 cents per share, which was the closing trading price of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on the date the options were granted and issued.

The grant and issuance of the options are subject to the approval of the TSX-V. All of the options are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from the date of issuance under Canadian securities legislation.
