WEST HIGH YIELD (W.H.Y) RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. share purchase warrants have been exercised as follows.
Three holders of warrants exercised an aggregate of 570,000 warrants, resulting in the issuance of 570,000 common shares of the company. The specific warrants held and exercised by the one warrantholder were exercisable at a price of 30 cents per warrant, resulting in total proceeds to the company in the amount of $171,000 upon such exercise.
One holder of warrants exercised an aggregate of 43,478 warrants, resulting in the issuance of 43,478 common shares of the company. The specific warrants held and exercised by the one warrantholder were exercisable at a price of 35 cents per warrant, resulting in proceeds to the company in the amount of $15,217.30 upon such exercise.
The total gross proceeds to the company from the combined exercise of 30-cent warrants and 35-cent warrants were $186,217.30.
