WEST HIGH YIELD (W.H.Y.) RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF OPTIONS AND WARRANTS
West High Yield (WHY) Resources Ltd. has seen the exercise of certain stock options and share purchase warrants of the company.
Options
Five holders of options exercised an aggregate of 2.4 million options resulting in the issuance of 2.4 million common shares of the company. The options were exercisable at a price of 12 cents per option share, resulting in gross proceeds to the company in the amount of $288,000 upon such exercise.
Warrants
One holder of warrants exercised an aggregate of 100,000 warrants resulting in the issuance of 100,000 common shares of the company. The specific warrants held and exercised by the warrantholder were exercisable at a price of 30 cents per warrant share, resulting in gross proceeds to the company in the amount of $30,000 upon such exercise.
