WEST HIGH YIELD (W.H.Y.) RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES PROCEEDS FROM EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. has received proceeds from the exercise of certain warrants of the company.

Two holders of warrants exercised an aggregate of 280,000 warrants, resulting in the issuance of 280,000 common shares of the company. The specific warrants held and exercised by the warrantholders were exercisable at a price of 30 cents per warrant share, resulting in gross proceeds to the company in the amount of $84,000 upon such exercise. The warrants exercised by the warrantholders were issued to the warrantholders, among others, as part of a private placement offering of the company that closed on Nov. 14, 2024.
