The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1.6 million common shares to settle outstanding debt for $320,000.

Number of creditors:  four creditors

Total non-arm's-length-party involvement:  $300,000, 1.5 million shares at 20 cents (three parties)

For more information, please refer to the company's news releases dated Oct. 9, 2024, and Nov. 14, 2024. The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
