The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Dec. 15, 2021.

Number of shares:  one million units

Purchase price:  36 cents per unit

Warrants:  one million share purchase warrants to purchase one million shares

Warrant exercise price:  56.25 cents for a three-year period

Number of placees:  one placee

The exchange acknowledges that this private placement is in accordance with the sixth tranche of a drawdown equity line of credit. The company issued a news release on May 19, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement. Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
