Purchase price:  23 cents per FT share

Number of placees:  28 placees

Total pro group involvement:  998,400 (four pro groups)

Finders' fees:  $107,448.99 (nine finders)

The company issued news releases on March 11, 2024, and on March 28, 2024, to confirm the closings of the private placement.
