The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Sept. 1, edition that Canaccord Genuity analyst Phil Ker began coverage on White Gold with a "speculative buy" ranking and a $3.40 share target. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that analysts on average target the shares at $5.18. Mr. Ker says in a note: "We see the recent delivery of a PEA for its 100-per-cent-owned White Gold project in Yukon as solidifying the company into a leading multimillion-ounce gold development project in Canada. Furthermore, with a resurgence in project advancements occurring regionally, we believe the future development of satellite projects will aid in bringing White Gold to the forefront."
