CANOPY GROWTH ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PROXY VOTING DEADLINE FOR 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Canopy Growth Corp. has extended the proxy voting deadline for its upcoming annual general and special meeting of shareholders to 12 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 25, 2026.

The meeting will be held later the same day, at 1 p.m. E,T via live audio webcast.

The extension gives holders of Canopy Growth common shares additional time to vote and helps the company achieve quorum for the meeting. Under Nasdaq Stock Market listing rules and the company's bylaws, 33-1/3rds per cent of outstanding shares entitled to vote must be present in person, by remote communication or by proxy at the meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the meeting must be adjourned.

Shareholders of record as of July 31, 2026, are eligible to vote.

Most shareholders who received a 16-digit control number from Broadridge Financial Solutions can vote as follows:
