CANOPY GROWTH TO REPORT THIRD QUARTER FISCAL 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 9, 2024

Canopy Growth Corp. will release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2024, ended Dec. 31, 2023, before market open on Feb. 9, 2024.

Following the release of its third quarter 2024 financial results, Canopy Growth will host an audio webcast with David Klein, chief executive officer, and Judy Hong, chief financial officer, on Feb. 9, 2024, at 10 a.m. ET.
