The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canopy Growth Corp.'s common share purchase warrants (symbol WEED.WT) will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time on Jan. 29, 2024, and will be delisted at the close on the same day. According to the TSX, the warrants entitle the holder to receive 0.001165872 of a common share of the company and 0.01 cent in cash for a price of $2.30 at any time before the expiry date. The equivalent exercise price for one full Canopy share is approximately $1,973.40.

The TSX notes that trades on Jan. 25, 2024, will settle on Jan. 26, 2024, trades on Jan. 26, 2024, will settle on Jan. 29, 2024, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Jan. 29, 2024, will settle on the same day.
