The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canopy Growth Corp. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-10-old basis, effective Dec. 20, 2023. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol WEED. The new Cusip number is 138035 70 4.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued. Fractional share entitlements will be rounded down to the next whole share. To receive the postconsolidated shares, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Odyssey Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto.
