CANOPY GROWTH TO REPORT SECOND QUARTER FISCAL 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON NOVEMBER 9, 2023

Canopy Growth Corp. will release its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2024 ended Sept. 30, 2023, after market close on Nov. 9, 2023.

Following the release of its second-quarter financial results, Canopy Growth will host an audio webcast with David Klein, chief executive officer, and Judy Hong, chief financial officer, on Nov. 9, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. ET.
