The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to certain non-arm's-length dispositions between Jan. 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026, by a wholly owned subsidiary (Subco) of The Westaim Corp. to funds managed by Arena Investors LP.

As consideration for the dispositions, Subco received $534,976.48 (U.S.) in cash from the purchasers.
