WHITECAP RESOURCES INC. CONFIRMS MONTHLY DIVIDEND FOR JULY OF $0.0608 PER SHARE AND ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2025 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL / WEBCAST

Whitecap Resources Inc. will pay a cash dividend of 6.08 cents per common share in respect of July operations on Aug. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2025. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

In addition, Whitecap announces that it intends to release its second quarter 2025 results after market close on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, and has scheduled a conference call and webcast to begin promptly at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
