WHITECAP RESOURCES INC. CONFIRMS MONTHLY DIVIDEND FOR FEBRUARY OF $0.0608 PER SHARE AND ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END 2024 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL / WEBCAST

Whitecap Resources Inc. will pay a cash dividend of 6.08 cents per common share in respect of February operations on March 17, 2025, to shareholders of record on Feb. 28, 2025. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

In addition, Whitecap intends to release its fourth quarter and year-end 2024 results after the market close on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025, and has scheduled a conference call and webcast to begin promptly at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025.
