WHITECAP RESOURCES INC. CONFIRMS MONTHLY DIVIDEND FOR AUGUST OF $0.0483 PER SHARE

A cash dividend of 4.83 cents per common share in respect of August operations will be paid on Sept. 15, 2023, to Whitecap Resources Inc. shareholders of record on Aug. 31, 2023. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
