VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final June, 2026, cash distributions for certain Vanguard exchange-traded funds, listed below, that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June 26, 2026, will receive cash distributions payable on July 6, 2026.
