VANGUARD INVESTMENTS CANADA ANNOUNCES ESTIMATED 2023 ANNUAL CAPITAL GAINS DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has estimated annual capital gains distributions for the Vanguard exchange-traded funds listed in an attached table for the 2023 tax year. Please note that these are estimated amounts only, as of Oct. 31, 2023, and reflect forward-looking information which may cause the estimates to change before the ETFs' Dec. 15, 2023, year-end tax date.

These estimates are for the year-end capital gains distributions only, which will be reinvested and the resulting units immediately consolidated so that the number of units held by each investor will not change. These estimates do not include estimates of continuing monthly or quarterly cash distribution amounts.

Vanguard expects to declare the final year-end distribution amounts on or about Dec. 20, 2023. The ex dividend date for the 2023 annual distributions will be Dec. 28, 2023. The record date for the 2023 annual distributions will be Dec. 29, 2023, and payment will be made on Jan. 8, 2024.

Please note that for Vanguard U.S. Aggregate Bond Index ETF, Vanguard Global ex-U.S. Aggregate Bond Index ETF and Vanguard Global Aggregate Bond Index ETF, Vanguard expects to declare the final year-end distribution amounts on or about Dec. 18, 2023. The ex dividend date for the 2023 annual distributions for these ETFs will be Dec. 22, 2023. The record date for these ETFs will be Dec. 27, 2023, and payment will be made on Jan. 4, 2024.
