VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS (VUN AND VUS)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today declared the final September, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on Sept. 22, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Sept. 29, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in the attached table.
